Nylon Peel Ply
Nylon peel plies, used to of a composite laminate are helpful for secondary bonding or painting of the composite laminate. Release ply fabrics may reduce or eliminate the need for sanding or abrading. The fabric is scoured and heat set to remove contaminates and reduce shrinkage.
- Good temperature resistance, wide choice of styles to match process requirements.
- Release coated versions available for easier release to save time.
- Economy versions available for low temperature applications.
- Stik-Ply® self adhesive version for application on tool surfaces and for infusion process.
- Dahltexx® version available will block resin bleed and allow air removal.
